Great rooms, poor breakfest
I was very well received by Estrela on the first day. On the second day, the manager welcomed me well too at breakfast. However I found it quite inconvenient ask for the passports (which I had already shown the day before) and also ask me to pay while i was having breakfast.( she was desperate for the payment. I didn't understand why. And minutes later she informed me about the time of ckeckout (said a lower time than what was on the site). I said the time was not that one. Anyway, she wanted me to leave early. Breakfast is limited. The breads were counted. If I wanted more I had to keep asking I don't like this system. There were no eggs. Next day I asked for fruit and kindly the woman at breakfast on sunday found them and gave them to me. I asked for more milk on both days and the milk was poured into my cup. It was not available at a table for guests . The rooms are really very good, big and beatiful. the location is perfect. The working people are also very polite, but from what I reported I would not return.
Fabulous B & B
Its difficult to say how good this place is. My husband and I stayed 2 nights in the red room. The room has a separate lounge and storage space that us unrivalled. Also welcomed with a large bowl of fruit. Its spotless and run by the friendliest and most helpful owner. She arranged pick up from the airport then transfer to Bardolino for us. Location is just superb a few min walk from all the tourist spots. Breakfast was lovely with lovely meat, cheese, yougurt and pastry. I would 100% recommend to my family and friends.
Wonderful B&B and Hospitality
My husband and I stayed here for four nights in the Red room which was a really good size and so nicely decorated, as is the whole B&B. Arianna and her staff do such a great job making sure everything is clean and provide a wonderful breakfast with tasty treats fresh from the local bakery. The location is wonderful as it is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Verona, the Plazza Bra and the Arena. We really appreciated the cushions that were available to borrow for our night at the opera in the Arena! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We appreciated the kitchen shared with the other guests and access to the large refrigerator for items we picked up at the local store.
Perfect!
This wonderful B&B is situated minutes away from the arena and all major points of interest in Verona. The B&B is excellent in all respects, cleanliness, very comfortable bed, great breakfast and Arianna is a lovely and very accommodating host. Thank you, Arianna, for helping to make our stay in Verona so memorable!
The best place to stay in Verona
I can't find enough words to praise this accommodation. It starts with a very friendly welcome, a dish of fruit and it went on with a very nice room tastefully furnished looking more as a master bedroom than a hotel: books on shelves, little momentous and other homely items. The bathroom is a good size, equipped with a long tub. Air conditioning were well functioning. Rich breakfast. Ariana. an intelligent lady who speaks fluent English is Extremely friendly and offered good advice to our questions. Moreover, since we had to leave very early to a trip to the Dolomite she came in early with freshly baked focaccia. The Very Place to Stay!
