Cancelled our Reservation Without Letting us Know
I booked a reservation a year in advance for my sons graduation from SUNY Binghamton. I had reservations for 5/13/22 - 5/15/22. They cancelled the reservations and didn't let us know. No call or email. I only found out because a friend of ours had their reservation cancelled as well, so I checked the website.
No costumer service
Charged us for two nights after having to cancel do to sickness. The manger Charlie was no help, after we canceled prior to 24 hours before our trip. No compassion at all during these trying times. There are plenty of other places to stay in the area. The hotel has been going down hill, time to stay somewhere else
Enjoyable stay with all you need to be comfortable.
Pleasantly surprised. Room was more that adequate in size with full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Room was neat and clean. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Staff was cheerful, pleasant and helpful.
Great night stay
Super friendly desk staff person, Sue. She confirmed our choice for dinner at Dos Rios as a good choice. Clean comfy room, as expected. Pantry well stocked for anything we needed, and as oe our friends said, fridge in room larger than thw one at home. Headed to Animal Adventure Park only 20 monutes away next morning.
Gone Downhill
This place has gone downhill since I’ve stayed here in the past. The front desk check-in clerk on my latest visit made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to check me in. Very disappointing because I have had great stays here in the past.
