Worst hotel experience in all my years
Supposed 4 star rated cottages, arrived and put in Stirling - it was filthy, cleaner had obviously poured some bleach in the sink to make it smell clean but microwave, fridge all filthy and second hand filthy cleaning products left to use. Balcony unusable, chair fell apart, BBQ should be on hard rubbish, filthy and unusable. Got moved to another cabin it was slightly better but obvious these places just got a quick wipe and possibly changed bed sheets (dubious). Complained to management who offered me a free night in the future. Get your act together. Do not pay more than $160 a night, they are rubbish and I paid $280!

Great place for a peaceful holiday . Very quiet and relaxing place. Cottages are clean and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.Early morning is the best as you can see deer and kangaroo grazing around. Will come back again .
Bad experience
Everything looked old and the conditions of the rooms were very bad and smelly. Bedsheets and linens were dirty. We had to clean the swimming pool and playing areas by ourselves before we used them. They were full of dirt. There were cobwebs everywhere even in the BBQ machines. I think they don’t wash the bedsheets and towels also. Really bad experience. I would NOT recommend for anyone.
Review
We had two nights stay at this place renting four cottages. We are not happy with the condition of the cottages and other common areas. Pool, BBQ machines, trampoline, surrounding of the cottages were not cleaned at all. We had to clean everything by ourselves before use. There were not good hot water supply, no good wifi coverage . And also after our stay we cleaned all the cottages, vacuumed the floors, kept all the rooms in a very acceptable manner. But they expected us to clean everything as it was not at the begging and the reason they given for that is they don’t have enough time to make cottages for the next guests which is not a appropriate request to do from guests. We are not happy with the service they provided and do not recommend for a future stay

We had a two night stay at this place booking four cottages and we are not happy with the service they provided. Pool, trampoline and other common areas were not cleaned. We had to clean those areas by ourselves before use. There were not enough hot water, rooms were not dusted properly, and amenities were not cleaned and not appropriate enough. Further we kept all the cottages cleaned after use but they expected from us to clean all the areas including rooms, beds, bathrooms at departure and the reason they given for us is that they don’t have enough time to clean all four cottages before next check-in which is not our problem. We are not happy about the place or the service they provided and do not recommend this place for any future stay.
