Beautiful hotel!
Stayed as a last minute thing after working all through lockdown! On arrival the hotel gave us a free upgrade to the 7th floor which was lovely. The room was large and nicely decorated with everything you need. The food in the restaurant was amazing and my partner still tells people about the meal he had. The outdoor pool was such a nice thing to have while on a city break. Plenty of space to sunbathe, although the sun did disappear over the other side of the hotel by around 2pm. The outside area with the restaurant and seating area had the best views over the Danube river. Especially in the evenings at sunset! The walk to the centre isn’t too bad but If your not up for walking, an Uber is around £6 Would definitely stay again!
Excellent stay
Even though the hotel is far away from downtown, the subway station is only 5 minutes walk. Very close to the highway and the Prater Amusement park. Rooms are comfy, spacious and modern. Breakfast area is beautiful on the waterfront. I cannot say anything negative.
Nice hotel with some flaws
It’s located by the stadium next to the Danube with nice views from the room and the breakfast table. Rooms are large and well appointed. Subway Is a 7 min walk away. The surrounding area is a bit dodgy. All Sky TV channels were not working throughout my stay. I requested for a quite room, but was placed next to the gym and could hear the cling clong of the dumbbells till late. The captain of the breakfast room wasn’t the most welcoming and friendly one. Despite those flaws, still a lovely property.
Amazing time!
Just spent most amazing 5 days in this hotel and could not ask for more! For me hotel is very well located, just right next to the Danube. Room was very clean and super spacious. View to the Danube is always perfect!! And the outdoor pool is something that everybody should be visit. Breakfast was excellent. Wonderful staff, always there to help! Special thanks to Andrea (from Executive lounge) for helping me out :) Hopefully will visit this amazing place next year :)

Vienna is a wonderful destination in summer . Strolling along Ringstraße , Hofburg , Stephansplatz , the Museumquartier , the gardens at Schonbrünn Palace , so many breathtaking locations, so many elegant terraces and patisseries. Hotels in the historical city centre , many of them housed in imperial residences in prime locations are real institutions ( Imperial , Bristol , Grand Hotel Wien , Ritz Carlton ,...) but can easily break the bank .However , much more affordable and only a short metro ride away is the Hilton Danube Waterfront . Good sized rooms with excellent river views , al fresco riverside breakfast and swimming pool and well managed top floor executive lounge ( Luana is a real credit to the hospitality industry ! ) make this a really good choice for visiting the Austrian capital . We found the best offers for this hotel on the hotel website .
