Nice old building, very friendly and helpfull staff. Very delicious breakfast and comfort bed. Room was large and comfortable. Free parking. I would definitely stay again - real pearl in Viljandi. Highly recommendable!
Great boutique hotel with good location
Rather new hotel in the middle of this charming town. Very good breakfast, room was clean and very nice, a bit cold though (coldest time of winter). Location suberb, parking well organised (free actually) and property itself is well kept. Breakfast staff was very friendly but front office personnel couldn`t care less. When we left, front office clerk was talking with her friend, no "Goodbye", no "Welcome again" just grabbed our keys and continued talking with friend. Other than that, this hotel was very pleasant place to stay.

Wonderful hotel, clean rooms, good service, wonderful breakfast and wonderful atmosphere. The location is great, a few minutes to the restaurant Fellini and 10 minutes to the Ugala Theater. All conveniently handy.
Best bed and pillow
I love their bed end pillows - very comfortable! We had already second time theatre-package - with theatre tickets, very good choice! At the breakfast I got even plantmilk on the coffee (i have milk-intolerance). Would be better, if they have glutenfree bread as well :)
Nice and comfortable.
Friendly service. Nice restaurant and cafe. Rooms are comfortable. And of course atrium is very nice addition to overall style! Great thanks for the flexibility on checkout. And we had very nice conversation in the cafe. Was nice and friendly checkout "routine" - checkout with cakes to take with us :)
