we were welcomed by a polite and competent receptionist at the hotel lounge. our room was well furnished and thoroughly cleaned. we had the perfect soirée: we spent the evening at the lounge bar, ate delicious food which was also beautifully plated. the atmosphere was very nice with good music and attentive staff service.

Stayed here while family member had some business nearby at one of the factories. Arrived late, difficult to find using google maps and located in an unusual area for a hotel ( industrial estate ) We arrived late and reception staff prepared some food even though the kitchen was shut which was a nice gesture. We did have a few problems with air con etc but the staff were accommodating and moved us to new rooms. Special thanks to all the reception staff especially a young guy called Benjamin. In fairness we did ask him to deal with quite a few issues for us , which he did very professionally and promptly. This hotel caters for business people who just want a nice room and decent breakfast. I think some more creative thinking and they could make there spa facilities more appealing and attract more clients if that’s what they want.

Located outside a small town/city, this extraordinary hotel was a very pleasant find after a long drive. Spacious and comfortable rooms, with a typical Italian feel and ambiance. A superb overnight stay, and a hotel to definitely come back to.

This hotel is based on the very small city. Take care to find it you must have a good GPS. When you arrive you are very surprised by the lobby and the level of this hotel. The room are very big and bed is confortable. Breakfast is very good with big choice. I recommand this hotel but the price seems a little bit high compared with position level

Excellent hotel!!!

The hotel is exactly as described and pictures are really representative of what does the hotel look like: brand new, clean, and really nice. The standard rooms are quite big, well decorated and clean. Bathroom is huge and italian style shower is great. Indoor swimming pool and sauna were really nice as well. Breakfast buffet was perfect (with everything you want to eat for breakfast: eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, croissant, fruits.......) A car is really necessary because the hotel is in an area quite isolated and far away from shops and restaurants or touristic attractions. The motorway is close to the hotel but you can't hear any noise from this road. Also, staff was great!!! Special mention to Stefano who was really helpful and answered kindly to all of our questions. Next time we will come back to Villa Bartolomea area, I will stay in that hotel again!!!
