Repulsive Staff;climate;andCulture
Hire a lawyer prior to booking. The staff and manager, Corey, are foul individuals. These people are deceptive and extremely unprofessional. They are very rude and dishonest. Please reconsider expeditiously when looking for a room.
There was roaches, lady bugs and bad attitudes. I want a refund honestly.
The stay at this hotel wasn’t the worst completely but definitely wasn’t the best!!! I stay there for a little over a month, my first 3 weeks there was so many lady bugs in my room. Someone punched a hole in the wall next to my room. My toilet wasn’t working at first. The water was so bad they had to shut the water down for a few hours to fix it. After a bad argument gone wrong with my boyfriend at the time I switched rooms. The switch was worse. There was stains on the sheets when FIRST entered the room for the first time. I let that slide because they let me stay after an unfortunate event happen. So I looked past that. But when it came to the roaches though. I had never. I was paying over $400.00 to stay there for week just to live with roaches. The short lady with the thick accent and glasses is just BEYOND unprofessional and had such a nasty attitude when speaking to you. So my second to last day there, I spoke with the receptionist about a credit/ or compensation for what I had to deal with since I got there. The manager said “no because I shouldn’t have let you stay after the last incident” which I understand but at the same time you let me stay in a roach infested room!!! That’s violating a health policy. I never had to deal with roaches because that was sooo traumatizing!! I really want to speak to their HR or cooperate manager. No matter the situation that happen I paid $400.00 to live with lady bugs and roaches !!! Disgusting
Friendly staff
The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly,but lately getting someone to come and vacuum and clean bathroom has been a little off. Also this new batch of guests have been pretty gross leaving trash outside their doors. Other than that the desk staff are always helpful.
Ants in my room and rude service
I checked in after a long day and evening of driving from Tennessee, and when it was my turn at the front desk, the young man (I think his name was Dave), completely ignored me to help another guest who was in line behind me? After they were done, he turns to me and goes "Name?" without saying welcome or hello. When I checked into my room, I saw that there were ants all over the place. I couldn't do anything about it because there were no other rooms available. I will not return to this hotel.
Great Bargain extended stay hotel
I just finished a very nice 2 month stay at the ESA Windy Hill in Marietta. The good sized studio room was clean with good free Wifi and very fast Wifi for streaming available at a small extra cost. There was nice selection of cable TV channels and once a week cleaning included as was a basic coffee and cold breakfast bar in the morning. The room was equipped with a decent queen sized mattress, reclining lounge chair, refrigerator, microwave, two burner stovetop, kitchen sink and ample countertop and cabinet space. The AC/heating unit was quiet and actually the room was very sound proof with very little noise from the hallway or other rooms. The hotel has a very modern and always clean laundry room. The staff was great, always friendly,and helpful making for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again if in the area. The hotel offer discounts for weekly and monthly stays.
