Alberto is the best. The experience and knowledge he possess about drinks is exquisite. I would recommend this place to anyone in town for business or pleasure. The omni is lucky to have such a talented bartender.
Nice hotel, but had trouble with a big group
Came here for a business meeting of 50 folks. Amenities and rooms were nice. The meeting planner had a hard time accommodating for the big group and the breakout groups. Finally had a workable, but not great, solution after an adjustment. Very nice location for SunTrust stadium and a walking mall with great restaurants. Parking is expensive. It was worth not renting a car. We took Lyft from/to the airport, and to other places.
Very bad night
I took my husband for a weekend visit to watch the Braves game. Checked into the hotel and everything was fine in the beginning but the night was a disaster. There were many young people in the room next to ours having a very loud party. At 2 AM I called the security The party continued till 330. When I checked out manager only offered $50 compensation for a $416 bill. She said I should have called security again which is not my place to stop a party going on. Security should have came back and checked. I feel I should have been compensated at least half of our room. Very disappointed In hotel management.
Birthday Surprise!!
This was our first time staying at the Omni and I have to say it could not have been a better experience! The hotel was extremely clean and the room was spotless. The staff was incredibly helpful (shout out to Katie Clark)and eager to assist in anyway they could. We stayed on the 12th floor and had a balcony overlooking the battery and the field, which I would highly recommend! We also enjoyed the upper pool deck to watch the game which was great with lots of good food and snacks available. I’ve stayed at all of the surrounding hotels and this is easily the nicest hotel within walking distance to Truist Park, plus unbeatable views of the park! We will definitely be back! Go Braves!
WOW!!
Since the pandemic has ruined fans attending baseball and basketball games, I decided to treat myself. I refused to let COVID-19 ruin my chances to see My Braves play live! I’m working from home so it was a easy decision for me. I watched both Spring Training games from the comfort of my room! A few times I went down to the pool area to catch the game since there were no events happening in that area. There were quite a few Braves fans taking advantage of this site to be a little closer to the game. This hotel does an outstanding job communicating prior to your stay. I received a text asking about my arrival time so that my room would be ready. From a seamless check-in to a seamless checkout you guys get A++++++! I even received a text the morning of checkout to find out if there was anything I needed prior to checking out. The staff was simply amazing! The room was beautiful and very well tended to prior to my arrival. KUDOS!!!!!! Make sure you request a room on higher floors if you want an amazing view. My room was closest to Comcast but it was still a perfect view of the Battery and the ballpark. I was in Room 1107. I will definitely be back from another stay SOON! I’ll drive 30 minutes from house to stay here without hesitation.
