Good hotel!
While traveling through the Virginia Beach area, my family and I stopped in at this Best Western Center Inn. It does have doors that open up to the outside, but the rooms looked to be newly renovated, and were very neat and clean! The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
Nice room and staff!
We had a nice pretty quiet room. Once we heard our neighbors for 10 minutes and a little outside with the walkway around our room on two sides, but overall quiet. The staff was very nice and I had a special request that they were prepared to take care of, but didn't end up having to for us. They had a good to go breakfast for our needs, no protein, but otherwise it was good. Also, they had multiple choices for coffee and juices in the morning, which we appreciated. We've stayed at numerous hotels lately and just got water, no other options for the morning, unless we got coffee from our room.
Reasonable
The hotel was nice. I love the appearance of the lobby more than the appearance of the room. I wish they updated the rooms to match the lobby. The front office rep was very helpful and attentive. She made the process of checking in very efficient. I would consider staying at this hotel again if the service remains pleasant and professional.
BW Va Beach
Business and family group trip. Disappointed with quality of location. Room was clean, just older and dark. Water temp fluctuations and had to call for towels on 2nd day. No cleaning done. No one answered at desk from 9pm to 7am when called for more toilet paper. Staff was very nice!!
Good motel / reasonable price
The motel is clean, the desk crew was friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable. The room was quiet and the a/c and heating worked well. In the world of COVID, it's a good place to stay. I definitely recommend it.
