Can't beat this for the price
If you are looking for a cheap room that's worth more than you are paying for it, this is your place. It has been recently remodeled & is always super clean. Staff is friendly and helped me w/ extra requests. I realize that sink counters are not a big deal but they have GRANITE ones!! Plus flat screen TVs. Where else can you get that? Along w/ the room being insanely clean (I used to work housekeeping and these rooms are spotless). OK, so I am gushing. But I will always go 10 min from city center to stay here. It's just that good. The only tricky thing is turning onto the right road when you get off the highway. If you aren't careful, you will end up accidentally turning onto the entrance ramp to get back on the highway! Just look for 3 turn ins - one is for entrance ramp, one is for hotel, and one is for closed gas station. Take the middle one, just left of the gas station entrance. Thanks again America's Best. The first room I was assigned have such a strong air freshener or perfume order I couldn’t breathe, and the sheets look dirty they had stains. I asked for another room I was given a room on the second floor which was cleaner but have an annoying humming noise from equipment outside the door. I asked for a third room and I was denied the clerk said he would refund my money and I agreed. When we went downstairs to he only offered a 50% refund which made me very angry. This ad to be the worst hotel experience I ever had in my life.
Far from an average staying
The hotel location is very far from the city center and stuck in the middle of the highway fast food. Cleanliness is not its strong factor and ants have their home in many rooms. The staff was extremely rude and unpleasant, disturbing insistently in the morning for the towel change without waiting for us to leave. Never come back again.
Frequent Business Traveler
I have been staying at this property for several years for Business and personal travel. Currently this property is converting its rooms to up to date rooms in which are very nice. This process is ongoing. These rooms will bring this property in line with other similar hotel chains. Please come give this place a chance. Not all rooms have been renovated, but once complete this will be a wonderful hotel.
Free Continental Breakfast...NOT
The rooms were water damaged and dirty. The breakfast well let’s just say there wasn’t any. And the “manager” couldn’t manage to get himself out of a paper bag. 😡 To top it all off I’m still trying to get ahold of corporate for a full refund.
