Stayed here during a biketrip and was greeted by a friendly hostess. Had a pleasant beer outside looking at the funny interior chairs that is like a trademark for the hotel. The hotel had evidence all over that someone running this place has an eye for interior. Nice breakfast with a homemade salad/omelet that made the breakfast more outstanding than a normal breakfast.

As we booked on the very last minute, we found this fancy hotel. We were on a bicycle tour and Volkach was recommended - but where to stay? As many hostels were fully booked we found this little treasure. The service is friendly and very warm welcoming, but really unique are the rooms. The furniture was designed for this hotel (at least the chairs) and everything is fancy decorated. You will find all what you need in your room. Exceptionally is the tiny little story, you will find on the walls in your room or on the floor - curious? Go for it - even the breakfast is lovely. Pricing is not cheap but fair!

Meine Freundin hatte 2 Übernachtungen im Turmdieb, ich hab zweimal mit ihr gefrühstückt. Einfach toll, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, toller Service. Das Frühstück sehr liebevoll hergerichtet, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Danke.

Auf Weinreise nach Franken und in die Mainschleifen-Region. Perfekter Ort, um alles in Volkach zu Fuß zu erreichen! Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet worden. Zimmer sind liebevoll und mit kleinen, witzigen Details gestaltet worden. Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Service Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Hotel gehört zum Romantik Hotel Zur Schwane dazu und zum VDP Weingut „Zur Schwane“. Empfehlung von mir als Aperitif für den Abend: Aperol Spritz vor dem Hoteleingang des Turmdiebs!

Perfekte Lage hinter dem Stadttor, individuelle mit Liebe gestaltete Zimmer (keines ist Rechteckig - was wir so gesehen haben) leckeres Frühstück mit allem, was man braucht. Die Bäder passen nicht ganz zum Zimmerkonzept, Föhn ist nicht fest installiert, ... im Sommer ist es leider recht heiß und die Decken sehr schwer, wir hatten aber trotzdem eine gute Zeit im alten Gemäuer!
