We had great experiences with very perfect services: room arrangement was really nice and clean, thoughtful services, free car to transport to their private beach before 5:30 Pm every day, breakfast buffet included was okie.

Came as a weekend holiday trip with family. Accor status recognition was given and received welcome drinks, amenities and room upgrade, very spacious with view of the sea. The property itself is some distance from the beach compared to sister property Ibis Styles. Lotte mall just across the road where you can do some shopping. Room was rather well appointed and was greeted by friendly staff (Le) at the counter. Ultra lounge was closed and welcome drink could be had at the lobby. Alcoholic drinks wise they had the highly recommended Pasteur beer. Breakfast spread at Riviera was decent and had something for everyone. Also tried the Indian food at the restaurant which was pretty good. Overall a decent business hotel with good amenities. Some downside would be the transportation, where Grab cars don’t seem to prowl this area as much as the beach area. However there are metered taxis just outside the door usually.

Disappointing experience for a 5 star hotel.

We needed to move rooms due to an issue with our A/C. Poor service from reception staff. Poor house keeping. Security issue with staff accessing room without waiting long enough for a response to door bell. Concern over potential unauthorised access to room safe. Average breakfast buffet with poor quality bacon and lack of "Western style" food options & very heavily focused on Indian food. Spa not operating & reason given was simply "due to COVID". This was not highlighted at the time of booking and we were only made aware of it upon checkin.

As an Accor Diamond member, I have always travelled in comfort when it comes to Pullman. Nothing much to say about Pullman in Vungtau besides well-done again. Well managed hotel with super responsive staff. Hotel was busy with the re-opening of borders but staff still managed to provide excellent services.

This is not the first time I stay at Pullman Vung Tau and it is all the same as the first time: good and quick check in procedure, nice reception attitude. The facility of the hotel just fits its reputation as upper scale hotel. Though this time I had a small problem with my room but the front desk fixed it in a blink of eye !!! I can say this is one rare hotel that you can easily see the General Manager with a smile on his face taking care of every customer's experience. That makes the guests feel really appreciated. I would choose the Pullman Vung Tau every time I come back to this seaside city.
