Great service.

We had such an easy check in. The hotel was convenient to all the places we had plan to visit. We were able to check in earlier than we had thought we would. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable.

Staff was Excellent, Close to Silos

Excellent hotel location. Even though I had some Marriott free night credits, I chose to stay at the Hilton. The staff was excellent. I always like the feature of being able to choose you room when you check in using the app. Will stay here again.

What if there was a fire at the hotel and nobody told you?

Reviewed 28 november, 2021

Around 10:30 pm earlier in the week I was in my room at the Hilton. Smelled smoke. No fire alarm sounded. No evacuation notice was provided. Made my way down to the lobby. No one there, including at reception desk. Everyone was outside with fire trucks and police. Ended up staying at the Marriott down the street. Where I will be staying from now on in Waco.

Breakfast was not worth a whopping $17 a plate! Might I suggest either reducing to $9.95? There is a fuzzy’s taco shop across the street that serves an excellent breakfast! Bed wast made, nor were the used towels picked up after the first night!

OLD property & renovating the Lobby & hallways do not translate into an updated hotel overall.

Reviewed 20 november, 2021

Not terrible, but this is an OLD hotel. You know the drill -- tiny low-ceiling bathrooms, worn walls, but management renovates the Lobby & throws new carpet & paint in the hallways & rooms & calls it quits. The place needs a total gut renovation to bring it up to a "true" Hilton standard. Staff were all pleasant & polite & eager to please which was a plus. Can't beat the location which is what keeps this place in business. Tied to the Convention Center, across from the very pretty River Park, & across the street from several bars, restaurants, shopping & only a few walkable blocks to Downtown. Unfortunately, like many old properties, the walls were paper thin & have apparently never been re-insulated or upgraded, so you can hear every loud word, sneeze, cough, phone conversation, TV program from the rooms next door, which was unpleasant. Not a huge choice of options in Downtown Waco, except for Marriott Courtyard 2 blocks away, so the Hilton location is hard to beat unless you want to stay in the suburbs.
