Fantastic Staff
Many hotels have spacious and clean rooms. Many have a pool, gym, business center, complimentary breakfast, free airport shuttle, etc. This Hampton is no exception. However, in the current totalitarian landscape, hotels have been largely prohibited from showcasing many of their amenities. And, unfortunately, there is again no exception here at this Hampton. So it really comes down to the people. And from the front desk to the dining room to the housekeeping staff - they are simply personable and truly accommodating. There is just a genuine hospitality here that is something special. I plan to return.
Another excellent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites
We have used Hampton Inn's a number of times and it seems the locations are just right for our needs. Also, they all provide very helpful service and a very delicious breakfast. We will continue to use these accommodations on future travel.
Business Trip
The hotel staff was very accommodating from front desk, breakfast staff to housekeeping. I always enjoy staying at this Hampton Inn. The rooms are clean and well cared for and staff always friendly and helpful.
High Standards Easily Met
Our room (a king with a sofa) was very clean and comfortable in every way - with a couple quirks. There were no drawers into which we could unpack and there were no towel bars in the bathroom. The closet had plenty of hangers but the rest of our items had to shuffle around our bags. There was a suggestion that we hang our towels rather than get new ones each day, but there was no where to hang them - we hung a few of our personal items on the hooks. Perhaps this is a nod to minimalism? The staff is very kind and friendly. Comfort items are provided and refilled daily. The breakfast area is very pleasant and the food is kept fresh. Our room was refreshed daily. Coffee, water and cookies were available in the lobby area each day. I’d choose this hotel again if I return to Walla Walla.
Outstanding Place!!!
Awesome Experience!! Staff was very helpful and courteous! The breakfast was great! The hot coco, fresh cookies and hot apple cider was perfect! I highly recommend this location to anyone passing through or moving in or out of Walla Walla!
