I want to thank the Royal Inn Cusco Hotel for the great service and going above and beyond to welcome their guests like me and others. My wife Susann and I had a wonderful time in our stay here at Royal Inn Cusco. I highly recommend this hotel for the service, great price and closer to International airport. I has been in this "hotel" for some nights and every afternoon i had problems with the reception staff who did not speak english, I asked for some service and didn't understand I was ignores, my bride calles the hotel to communicate with me but the Lady of the afternoon didn't understand the conversation and only hanged the calls, I think that being a hotel of this category should have better qualified staff. I did not have a problems with the cleaning room or another member of the staff, but the breakfast is very simple

This hotel has great location near the airport, Our room was spacious and clean, This hotel is very modern and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was inedible. They also offer early check in without extra cost.

Room was nice- clean and spacious, however hotel is almost a 40min walk from center and the breakfast was inedible. They also tried to charge us to check in early as our flight got in at 7am. Most hotels usually allow guest in once room was ready as good customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location near the airport (less than 10 minutes by taxi) and was a great value! Our room was spacious and clean with a big, comfy bed and nice bathroom.This hotel is very modern and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Cusco!
