Excellent Staff Made the Stay!
Picked this hotel for a long weekend to Bucks County and although we had some issues during our stay, the staff at the hotel was absolutely fantastic in dealing with it. When I first arrived, the digital key did not work...i was able to call down and a staff member quickly brought up keys (I had a decent amount of stuff and didn't want to just leave it sitting there on the floor while I went down). Walked in and the room itself is very modern, as maybe it's been a recent refurb or is a newer Hampton Inn. Good size, well appointed, well lit. Very nice bathroom...which had some dirt and debris on it when we arrived, like maybe they just forgot to sweep the floor? I called down to the front desk and it was quickly taken care of and they were very apologetic..even offering to upgrade my room as a courtesy. Maybe I should have taken them up on that, given what happened that night.... The first night, I guess there was a ton of kids staying in the hotel for a funeral or a wedding or something, but they were making all kinds of noise running up and down the hallways, the stairways, etc...and they were located TWO floors above us. This started around 8 to 8:30. We eventually got up at probably 11pm, walked upstairs, found them and told them to basically knock it off....we then went to the front desk where the amazing workers said they would look into it via video and take care of it. Needless to say, they did promptly!! The second night. Nothing! I'm not sure if they checked out or what, but it was eerily silent compared to the night before. It IS a newer hotel, so you do get some noise from doors slamming, but that is more the people than the hotel. We did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms! As I checked out and handed in my keys, the wonderful lady at the front desk remembered me and the issue(s), made sure the rest of my stay was completely hassle free and we had a good laugh about everything. I would 100% stay at this hotel again due to it's location, value, comfort and staff!
Fantastic customer service
Pretty quiet for a hotel. Room was clean, everything worked well. Ended up needed to stay for a couple weeks and didn't regret it for a single night! Customer service was top notch. Easy to get in/out of the hotel entrance. The digital key was a great feature. There were train tracks behind the hotel and I was concerned about noise but I never heard a horn, just the gentle rumbling as the trains passed.
Great Front Desk Staff
I have stayed here before and the staff is super pleasant and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and walking distance to a nice restaurant. Everything about this location is perfect if you need a restful sleep!
Great over night stay
Loved how quick easy and clean everything was. Location was close to an event we attended near by. Hotel was easy check in. We upgraded to the whirlpool room and it was 10000% worth it. Will use hampton inn again, for sure!
Restful!
We love staying here when we travel to Bucks County. Quiet, clean, great service, nice breakfast. After being busy all weekend, it’s so nice to come back to a quiet room and rest. Also being a Hampton member you get water and chocolate. Great experience as always!
