Good but kinda rundown. One plus was the wafting smell of high-quality Marijuana in the halls, tho. Two nights so thought at least we'd get fresh towels but no one cleaned (our tip was still on bed). Will stay closer to the Mall next time. Five stops on red line from Metro Center.

Nice place. Quiet and clean and staff very friendly/polite/helpful. Whatever request we had, request was done immediately. Great location too. Eateries across the street and parking was great as well.
Good value in nice neighborhood of DC! X

Good value in a nice neighborhood of DC. Convenient to Metro, restaurants and grocery store. If you stay there, you have to go Bread Furst for breakfast which is a few door away. Delicious breads and pastries! Hotel needs to be updated, however was clean and quiet. Got room on back side of hotel away from street. Will be back!

This hotel is terrible. The rooms are dingy and smell of stale smoke covered with cheap air freshener (or possibly some other kind of spray). There was no room service during my 4 day stay - not even to empty the bins. To get in to the hotel it is necessary to pass through a cloud of cannabis smoke from a crowd who seems to be permanently installed, hanging out at the entrance. The staff at check in were friendly but otherwise this hotel should not even be classified as 2 stars. It was worse than the worst budget hotel I have ever stayed in. At $100 per night it was way overpriced- but frankly even at $20 per night I wouldn’t stay there again.
