We Won’t Be Back
We used to stay here pre Covid when it was a Kimpton and always enjoyed it. It is now an independent hotel and is not the same place. The bottom of our our bathroom door was all cracked and warped like it had water damage. They are only cleaning the rooms every four days and didn’t tell us that when we checked in. They don’t even give you a water glass in the bathroom. There are no amenities like coffee in the mornings or water in the room. . There was an alarm clock in the room but no battery in it. Other than the location there is absolutely no reason to stay here as there are far better choices for the same money.
No Way to Run a Railroad
I hate to be so negative as we are neighbors but the service at the outdoor patio could not have been worse. It’s like we were invisible - ordering, drinks, the bill. This is the second brutal experience so we will see if there is a third. On good side the pizza was tasty and filling.
Clean comfortable safe neighborhood
We stayed for 4 night visiting family who live in the area. The hotel was quiet clean. Beds comfortable. Mini fridge in room. Desk staff pleasant. Residential neighborhood with restaurants right there. We would stay again without hesitation. Only thing missing was coffee maker in room. The restaurant has coffee downstairs for 3 dollars.

Thank You Tom for the warm welcome and hospitality done right. We book room nights for my boss,, and our staff members here when visiting the embassy in DC. This is very hands on General Manager who truly cares about the business and hospitality experience of guests. Thank you for having superb GM like Tom on board. Cheers!
great place to stay in Georgetown
The rooms are pretty good for the price and the location is great. They have a small gym, which I had pretty much to myself. The restaurant is good. I had the clam linguini, which was very good. The salads are also nice.
