Unos dias en Londres
Hotel muy bueno y bien ubicado, cerca del metro waterloo lo que te permite manejarte por todo Londres. Excelente desayuno, variado, muy buena atención especialmente Clarise una portuguesa que nos ayudo mucho con nuestra falta de idioma. Muy simpática y amable
Excellent experience
We were delighted to stay at the Hampton Inn in Waterloo, Iowa recently. We traveled from MN to FL & back to MN. This hotel was an exception to the others we stayed at. Our accommodations were clean, breakfast was above the norm and we dealt with a friendly & helpful staff.
One staff very rude
The lady working front desk was very short and rude to us and our family staying from out of state. On the phone and in person. She also acted like she was annoyed by us during the little bit of interaction. The snacks/drinks were over priced. Definitely needs some renovations.
Not clean
We stayed in the whirlpool suite. The room smelled terrible and was not clean. The handle was nearly broken off of the tub. We could not get extra pillows for the pull out sofa. The bathroom was not clean. Do not recommend!!
Worst Hampton ever
We flew in from out of town for a wedding, checked in, unpacked our bags when I noticed a large spider in a spiderweb in the corner, not even 2 feet from the little sticker that said the room had been disinfected. We had no time to switch rooms and so went to our activities. came back late to our ground-floor room never had a ground floor room before (husband is a Hilton diamond member), Tried to sleep with the sound of children running up and down the hall above us. Next day went to the wedding came back late again tried to sleep to the sound of children sounding like a herd of cattle running up and down the hall above us. Last day we checked out and I told the desk person about the spider and the ground floor room and the children running up and down and she said, well you should’ve told us we could’ve switched rooms. Switching rooms is not always convenient or possible. Maybe they should just do things right the first time. My husband’s diamond member notes say high floor far from the elevator.
