Never experienced such a bad check in the employees even on the cell phone talking to friend and not caring about issues with the reservation, bad smell in the room, mold on the walls of the guest room. Filthy room. Never again.

Fading but friendly staff

Could use a refreshment but friendly staff and adequate quality. Bathroom needs new shower head and bathtub dated. Towels were good. Bed was good. Television small but had good amount of channels. TV remote was lacking the part that covers the batteries but it worked.

We have stated this property on a number of occasions. This instance was the worst regarding cleanliness. We had to call the front desk and have the sheets changed and the bed spreads. The staff was nice and cooperative.

YUCK, Avoid this hotel at all costs. They have some serious issues, see the pics. My room was trashed and no replacement room until after I wanted to check out, hard to believe that they would rent it. White stains (eww), broken furniture, broken shower rod, and looked like it was rented by the hour. When I went back to the desk, they charged me for one night when I said I wouldn't stay. Only received partial refund and no manager available to discuss.

From the get go this hotel struggled to make a good impression. Getting checked in took quite a bit longer than expected because a new employee was being trained, which is totally fine! What wasn’t okay was the attitude of the woman training him. She was demeaning to the poor fellow and was in turn surprisingly rude to the customers. Once we got to our room we were greeted by a stained comforter on the bed. Normally that wouldn’t bother me too much as it can be taken off and set aside, but when we did that the sheets were even worse. Also, the sheets would not stay on the bed as we slept and we discovered even the mattress itself was grossly stained. As if sleeping on all of that wasn’t hard enough, the air conditioner seemed to have a bad case of flatulence as it would cycle off and on and it was loud enough to wake us up each time it turned off. And to serenade us to sleep was the incessant tinkling of the toilet in the bathroom. Overall an awful experience! 0/10 do not recommend.
