No breakfast as advertised
Falsely advertised a hot breakfast when I reserved the room online. While checking in that evening, the employee even reminded me that breakfast would be served from 6-10:00 am. However, the next morning there was no breakfast. The employee at the desk told me, “...the person who cooks has been off for days, I don’t know why the night clerk told you there a hot breakfast would be available.”
She’s pretty tired
This is the most worn out Hampton Inn that I’ve ever stayed in. I doubt that it has ever had any renovations. Everything is worn and has a musty smell. They hit you with the “Grab and Go” breakfast which is their way of tripping you on the way out the door.
Not the best Hampton
Some staff members attending the breakfast area and cleaning up around the food weren’t wearing masks or observing social distance around me, which made me very uncomfortable. Overall this was a below average quality Hampton. Our room was fine but the carpet was pretty dirty and felt sticky. There was a glitch with their computer system so we got charged for nights we didn’t stay, but they immediately fixed it and were very polite and apologetic, and I will just have to watch to see if I’m refunded.
Clean, Quiet and Friendly
Clean, quiet and friendly standard Hampton Inn. Close to where I needed to be and with only a few hours to sleep, it was heaven. I would recommend this location and all Hampton Inn locations. All that I have visited have been perfect.
Weatherford stay
Dirty and beat up. The hotel was like staying at a truck stop super 8. Would not do that again. Staff was friendly and nice. The hotel itself is in terrible condition and made you feel like it was overly dirty.
