Quality Inn & Suites

This place is disgusting. Floors are stained. BIG yellow stain on the blanket. Bathroom door doesn’t even shut. Cracks in the walls. Sink is leaking. Door is chipped and broken. Absolutely a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

...In a long time. Everything was great. The hotel was clean and nicely kept up. The clerk that checked me in was very friendly and polite. My room was very quiet and comfortable. The price was right. I'll stay here again.

I’ve stayed here several times in September and October. Staff are friendly and remembered my name. Some rooms are nicer than others. Some rooms have obviously not been kept up or have been used hard. Carpets are stained and the rooms smell like smoke. Several times have had to go back to the desk because key card had been cancelled. Once I was rudely woken up at 12:40 (I work nights) and told that check out was at noon — I had made a reservation for 3 nights and this was day 1). Hope you’re not in a hurry to get on road because you either have to drive through the next door’s gas station lot or make an inconvenient u-turn down the road to get back to I-20.

I booked through Choice Hotels based on the ratings, photos, and reviews. This hotel was partially outdoor facing doors and a few interior doors, they only advertised the interior doors. Our keys never worked consistently, had to go have them reprogrammed 8 times in a 2 day stay. On trip number 3, the attendant told me and my daughter we were erasing them with our phones. We got locked out of the interior hall at night in a somewhat questionable area along I20. The pool was green, the ice machine didn’t work. We had to move one of our rooms because the AC didn’t work, it quit during the middle of the night. There were stained sheets on the sofa bed of one room when we pulled it out. The remote didn’t work. We had 2 towels for 4 people. When we called for more, we waited over 45 minutes and went to the front desk to get them ourselves. The kid at the desk said he was too busy to bring them but he was playing on his phone when my SO walked up. Overall, it was just a bad stay. Will not be back and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

My family and I just left this hotel after one of the worst hotel experiences ever. We arrived a little on the late side after a long day flying in from Vegas. My husband had something planned early tomorrow in town so we chose to stay here for the night. He made the purchase through hotwire which we know is always a gamble. However we have always had a good experience. That was NOT the case tonight. The room's ac did not work...waited a good 30 minutes just to give it some time. I called the front desk to let them know and was told to call back in 5 minutes she would see what she could do. Then was told we could move to another room. Then told that room was reserved. Then was told to go to yet another room. This one didn't have enough beds for our family. At this point a hour in this process, at midnight, we gave up. I understand things happen but we are disappointed because the conditions were not as promised through hotwire. Now we are out of our money, tired, and my husband is going to miss his event tomorrow. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I will also be following up with hotwire because this is ridiculous.
