Hampton Inn un lugar para disfrutar.
Me complace decir que es uno de los mejores hooteles en que me he hospedado y en el que el personal ha sido el mas amable. El hotel bien ubicado, las habitaciones suficientemente amplias y confrotables. Las camas y almohadas de lo mejor para descansar adecuadamente.

Room and hotel was incredibly clean. Had a seal on the door to show that it was sanitized. They did they best they cood with breakfast options during COVID (bagel, danish hard boiled egg, cereal, yogurt and juice).
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL!!!
The customer service is terrible! They do not respect the customer and have an unpleasant attitude, I would NEVER stay in this hotel again! They need friendly people at the reception and trained to work with clients, and NOT BE RACIST !!! If I pay, I have rights !! I will never return here !!!
Taking advantage of Covid
If you expect a "hot breakfast" or a breakfast that doesn't consist of sugar packed cakes and cookie bars, then you will be very disappointed with this hotel's joke of what they call "breakfast". No fruit, no milk, no protein, nothing that is hot, except for coffee. If you are diabetic you can forget it. Also, they charge your credit card for $20 for each night you stay for "incidentals" for a joke of a little snack shop and even if you dont buy anything on any day of a multi-day stay, they charge your card for "incidentals" in advance for the entire stay, instead of just rolling over the $20 from one night to the next. As a Hilton Honors (Gold or higher) member for 20+ years, my stays during Covid times have been extremely disappointing. How hard is it to offer fruit, milk, cereal, microwavable breakfast sandwiches during breakfast? Quit screwing your customers.

My family and I stayed at this hotel twice. Both stays were pleasant and comfortable. At our last stay, the hotel was very busy with lots of kids for a hockey tournament, the staff still made us feel comfortable. The floor we stayed on was quiet.
