Reservations wrong, customer service sucks!

When I arrived, they told me my reservation was made under Travelodge, despite my confirmation being for the Baymont. They refused to correct the problem and said my only choice was to pay again for a room at the Baymont. Assistant Manager was rude and not helpful, admitting they could help fix it but didn’t want to. Do NOT reserve a room here... it is a bait and switch!

Reserving the room was a nightmare. You talk to someone in Bangladesh! First person didn't speak good enough English. I had to apologize and hang up. Tried again later.
Second person didn't speak the best English but, I managed to reserve the room. They also try their best to get you to buy some unrelated offers.
I requested a crib, and was told it is not a problem. When I got there they said they don't have one. Said they may have a play pen, but weren't sure if they can find it.
The room was not cleaned. There was pee in the toilet and rotten food in the refrigerator. When asked for a different room they wouldn't give it, even though the hotel was not busy! Had to wait for someone to clean up.
Do not stay there.
Go to Wichita! Best Western was wonderful! It's worth the drive!

Ive stayed here before visiting my mother, this time around was no different. Very nice hotel, non smoking throughout. Room and amenities are very nice. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast though is a diner nextdoor in which you do get a voucher.
If you like bugs, old beds, outdated utilities, this place is for you.

Stayed here three nights in 9/19. First of all, the room was bug infested with 'no see ems', crickets, and one dragonfly......yes, dragonfly. Second, I had a single room, which I'm guessing few people ask for these days, but as my work really only requires a place where I can take a shower (in fact this visit I could only use the bed two nights out of three), the bed doesn't mean much to me. Also, I can sleep anywhere. Regardless, this bed must have come over on the Mayflower, as the mattress was seriously lumpy, and the box springs sounded like dueling banjos. I travel a great deal, and have given mostly good reviews, but this place should be avoided. Now they were extremely apologetic when I checked out, and said I should have said something the first day, but I spend so little time in the room when I am out on a job, its just not worth the time, and when I can use the room, I'm so tired I don't want the hassle of changing rooms. In this case, I would have had to go across the street to the office to complain. And unfortunately, just as any older hotel, plug-ins are not very accessible. If you are on call as I am while out and about, you charge your cell phone at night, and it is close to your bed. Here, that can be done, but your phone will have to be on the floor, and you have to get out of bed to find it. The commode was so small (and low), it was difficult to use, and for a man, difficult and uncomfortable to 'fit in'. Additionally, the parking spaces are too narrow, and the TV is the size of a large computer monitor. The frig and the microwave did work! Bottom line, there were dead bugs on the lavatory counter when I got there, and more when I left, and not particularly usable for anything, but if you really like nature and like crickets in your room, this place is for you!!!
Best in town

Not perfect, very good. Definitely the best in town. No motel breakfast, but get a voucher for diner next door, it is fair. Close to major roads, easy access but no truck parking on site. Staff was very friendly and eager to serve.
