Llegamos en una travesía por la zona, y debido a lo tarde elegimos este. Se encuentra al lado de un embarcadero de reparación de pequeños barcos, con absolutamente nada en los alrededores. En el mismo parking del hotel duerme gente en el coche. Tiene una falta generalizada de mantenimiento en todo el establecimiento, desde la recepción hasta las mismas habitaciones. El desayuno fue lo justo que debe marcar la franquicia, muy poca variedad y cantidad. Aún así mencionar que el personal fue agradable y que tiene buena conexión wifi.

The motel was extremely beautiful. The staff were kind and generous, the room was beyond my expectation, the bathroom and bathtub surpassed my expectation. When I come back to New Haven, I will definitely stay at the Super 8. Overall, I would highly recommend the Super 8 Motel anyone that was looking for a place to stay while visiting New Haven, CT.

I recommend this motel for anyone visiting New Haven. The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and allowed us to check in early. The location is nice, the price was reasonable, and everything was in great condition. Excellent free Wi-Fi. Very close to Yale University and Downtown.

Would have been better off sleeping in my car

Checked in and the shower, toilet, bathroom floor, and bed all still had hair from the previous guest. Urine stains still on the floor too. I wish I just slept in my car jnstead. Drug dealers and felons on parole (overheard conversations regarding this) were also among the guests

Room is not the same as what you expect for typical Super 8

The toilet/shower room door is split & bent (the surface/finish layer of the door is removed halfway down from the core of the door), and it hits the floor when we tried to close, so it doesn't close completely. Shower head is loose because the head is sticking out from the large hole on the wall and the head is not sealed around. Toilet/shower room floor tiles are cracked at several locations and grout bet. the tiles is missing everywhere. Unlike advertised on the website, there is no free light breakfast. This hotel was unlike any other Super 8 by Wyndham hotel - it is cleaned, but toilet/shower room looks like the one in men's shared cheap apartment.
