Good
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable as well. I wish the little coffee maker in the room did hot cocoa though not a big fan of the coffee. Overall stay was great and would recommend
Roaches and outdated
Roaches and outdated. Beds are hard. Breakfast was muffin, apples that tasted off and bottle of water. You do get what you paid for. But people do need to know there are roaches. The check in and out was fast. But overall hotel is outdated. And pool is closed. Was not told that untill was in room.
It was OK
We stayed there on our 1st trip to Morgantown and we get there to find the front of the place torn down, blocking the entrance. The elevator is a little old & creepy lol. Our bathroom was NOT clean. My wiped off makeup & glitter from the seat before we ever used it. There was hair all over the "clean" shower & tub. Breakfast was in a brown bag, no way to see what you were getting. It had a bottle of water, an apple and rock hard oat bars that we couldn't eat. We just wasn't very happy with everything overall.
great place to get high
when we arrived the young man that checked us in was not friendly at all we went to our room it was very clean and neat bed was so high short person could not get in i am 5"4 had trouble getting in bed around 1 am our room was filling up with marijuana so bad my eyes and lungs were burning when i opened door to go find someone working the smell hit me in face the whole floor was stinking like marijuana to the point by the time i got to elevator my eyes was on fire and i could not see went down rang bell no one ever showed up so we packed up and left by the time it took me to pack my i was dizzy could not breath and my lungs burnt most of day.

I had to stay in Morgantown for a visit at Ruby Memorial, I drove 5 hours just to get there and when I arrived at the hotel the manager Amy was cleaning the lobby and greeted me, she offered to help me with my luggage and she went above and beyond being so respectful and accommodating. She got me checked in quickly and even helped carry my luggage to my room. I was hesitant about staying here because my last visit left me with a bad experience but I'm glad that I decided to give it another try.
