5 STAR Hotel, and Spa
I booked my birthday massage here, and ended up spending my entire birthday at this Hotel, Spa. I received such excellent service from every member of the staff, (including the gardener, that brought me a glass of water) I was so impressed with the service, and professional staff I booked another massage and full day of relaxing. I recommend this Hotel to everyone, even if you just want a day out of the ordinary, the staff, and manager, Shane will take care of you. I was treated with kindness and respect. The staff followed social distancing, and Covid regulations.
The perfect place to relax and unwind
If you're looking for a quiet getaway, then this is the place to be. The staff is quite friendly and hospitable. The aesthetics of the place is also quite stunning. Beautiful view from the cliffs of Negril an often undersold side of the island of Jamaica.
Paradise!
This is the most amazing hotel! I cannot recommend it more highly. I ended up staying for 2 weeks due to multiple flight cancellations and the hotel owner (Kristine) and staff helped me to find alternative flights and options for COVID tests - which was such a great help in a stressful time. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The outdoor space and location is just stunning with beautiful sunsets! The staff were amazing - very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Everyone from the owners, main office, caretakers, chefs, waiters, bartenders, cleaners and drivers were super helpful - they all made my stay very enjoyable! The food and cocktails were delicious! I ate almost every meal here for the 2 weeks and never got bored. Great diversity of local and international food. The spa treatments were also superb. I did a number of trips that were very well organised and thoroughly enjoyable. Best hotel - cannot recommend enough!
Great experience!!
I stayed here with a large group and The Spa Retreat was perfect for us. The property is beautiful and has several separate large areas for group activities, group dining and entertainment. It would also be great for couples. The owners and staff are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and went above above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I’ve stayed at 2 other nearby resorts in Negril, and tried a few different restaurants, but the food at The Spa Retreat was by far the best! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Incredible place, awesome service! The people were great, always willing to help, and could not made our stay any better. We were in a very large group, and everyone was very accommodating. The food was also incredible!
