Rude desk staff, no hot breakfast - covid brown bag, but no discounts on room price, they should just give a voucher for Timmy’s next door, rooms not cleaned properly, room key cards and wifi stop working for no reason after one night. No coffee machine in room.

The young gentleman at the front made us feel right at home. The room was clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was awesome. We also appreciated being able to bring our Boston Terrier with us so we didn't have to worry about her. There was parking to accommodate our 26' moving truck that was towing our car and we had no problems.

Exterior clean and location to guest good but that’s it! Very rude day staff! This guy could have cared less if we used this hotel. But he did say “if you have any needs let them know” and so when I reported the broken ice machine to him he said yeah we know. I asked for some ice from the kitchen and he said no there is nothing in the building. I asked if they would do something about that and he said no again. So much for helping make my stay comfortable.The upside is a hot breakfast which is good value except it repeats every day without variety. Entrance and breakfast decor reasonable everything goes down hill from their. Halls need attention. Our bathroom was spacious but the plumbing was very poor. I didn’t think the toilet would ever finish flushing. Low pressure shower with crappy spray. And the tube is too high some ones gonna break an ankle getting out! The rest of the room is aged and in desperate need of renovation. Fridge barely worked. A/C or heater has one setting which was too warm. The whole hotel is heavily scented! Wonder was is being covered up! The most disgusting space is the pool area. Green slime/ fungus growing on the floors, black mould or mildew in damp areas ( cracks and joints) and overall a visual train wreck. They also need to have a professional test and care for the water cause the chlorine odour was so strong we used the pool once and for only 10 minutes which is all we could stand it. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere as I do not recommend staying here!!!

Rooms are nice and the morning breakfast tastes really good. The pool is also really great. The slide is super fast and the pool goes up to 4 ft so it’s really nice. Only crappy thing is that the only vending and ice machine is hidden on the 1st floor

In town for a family reunion and the Sleep Inn was a great place to get rested and refreshed. We found this Inn to be quiet and the breakfast good. I also appreciated that is was right by the pathways system so a quick run in the mornings was easy and fun.
