Friendly informative staff
The Staff on both the front end and back end were tremendous. The room was large, comfortable and spotless. We were assured the room had been sanitized and we had no doubt that it was. We were given dining recommendations that were great. Overall a great stay at an affordable rate.
Great one night stay
Needed a place to stay one night and was very pleased. Front desk afternoon personnel and hotel manager were both very helpful. I needed help with using the computer and copier provided, and both went out of their way to assist. Room was very clean, good bed and bathroom. The breakfast provided has been adapted due to Covid, but was good and plentiful. Great value for the money as well. I highly recommend this property.
Outstanding Property and Staff
I usually stay at a different hotel when I visit Wichita Falls. This Comfort Inn on Westgate had great reviews and a great price. I booked my three night stay after reading the reviews. I am glad I did! The hotel was clean, the outside property was clean and secure and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very updated hotel and the owner was there daily checking on the customers and his staff. I really enjoyed seeing him demonstrate customer service to his staff. This will be my go to hotel when I go back to visit. Thank you for the awesome experience.

We stayed for 7 nights because our home was not ready to move. Comfort Inn was outstanding with customer service, cleanliness, and accommodating. It was a pleasure staying there and recommend to anyone!
Excellent service, very nice room
We have been traveling for two weeks and have stayed in several hotels. Our experience with them has been typical customer service, but this hotel stood out due to Kylie, the front desk clerk on duty. Calling for reservations was quick and easy with her (one hotel took 15+ mins) and she happily applied our military discount (another hotel told us we had to go online if we wanted it, we did not stay there). She asked if we had a floor preference and I told her somewhere quiet because the night before we were by the walkup stairs and listened to noisy people and their luggage thunk up them late at night. Upon arrival, she recognized out name, assured us we had a quiet room,and told us she was available all evening if we needed anything. Her positive attitude and genuine nature made us truly feel welcome and cared about as guests at the hotel! The room was very quiet, clean,and comfortable for the night. This was our last stop on the way home to Colorado and it left us feeling rested and ready to enjoy the drive home! Thanks, Kylie!
