The day and night staff are absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever come across at a business! The property manager is very rude as well!! Someone was smoking on our floor and we got harassed 3 times and got threatened to get the cops called! Told her to come in our room and look for herself and she refused!!! They wear no uniforms so you can not tell if it’s a civilian or a worker! They all are children basically. I will never go back to this facility nor would I recommend it to anyone!

Poor Marriott Experience was very surprising

Worst Marriott property we have ever experienced. Facility lacked cleaning in elevators. Our room did not receive service at all during our 3 night stay. I reported it the first time and it still wasn’t cleaned. I had to call for coffee and supplies. The positive was Will in the Bistro. Excellent customer service. We are Platinum members with Marriott. Very disappointed in this property.

I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Wichita Falls TX. It is everything you would expect from a fine hotel establishment. There is a laundry room in the event you want to return from your travel with clean laundry. The staff has excellent customer service!

Great stay, clean rooms and awesome staff always ready to help when needed. Leslie is the general manager here on property and you can tell she holds her staff to the highest quality. Will definitely be staying here again.

Six O’clock at night….5 people standing in the lobby…nobody can check in because the ‘maid service is running behind’. Not sure how that’s possible when check out time is 11/12. Will update this review once I finally get to my room….but it won’t be soon.
