we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would like to compliment the gentleman on reception ( Isham) - an absolute gentleman and very efficient and courteous. Travelling a vast amount around the world this type of personalized and courteous service in this setting doesn't happen much anymore. So kudos to Isham - thank you Sir for making our stay so lovely.
Short stay in Wiesbaden

A really nice and comfy place just at short walk from the train station. Our room was spacious, sleeping was great and we just felt like home, even if it was for one night only. The breakfast room is a relaxing space where you can find anything you need to start your day. The staff is friendly and nice! Next time we'll be in Wiesbaden we know where to stay.

Very nice and familiar hotel, staff and owner very friendly 5 stars. Truly recommend. Five to seven minutes walking to the center, excellent choice for Wiesbaden. Free internet, nothing bad to tell about the hotel.
A Comfortable Stay in Wiesbaden
Reviewed 20 october, 2018
I needed a place to stay in Wiesbaden for a night before a business event at another hotel. I found a really good deal booking a room directly from the website of this place. At first I made an error with the date and I called the hotel and they fixed it right away. My flight arrived late in the morning but they let me check in at an earlier time instead of waiting for the check in time in the afternoon. The staff were amazing and really friendly. The place is clean though it has a the old vibe going on but it is still spic and span. The bathroom is spotless and the room is spacious. I really can't think of anything bad to say about this place as the location is in the street where the restaurants and cafes are located and quite near the train station as well. I stayed at 5-star hotel during the business event and had a very uncomfortable bed - definitely, this is one of the most accommodating places I have ever stayed in all of my travels - price, location, staff, facilities, amazing breakfast and atmosphere - thumbs up!
Wiesbaden base for visit to Frankfurt Motor Show
Reviewed 15 september, 2017
With Frankfurt Hotels rocketing their rates during Motor Show time, I've learned it pays to move out of the city and Wiesbaden has been my choice. I chose the Hotel am Landeshaus because of its close proximity to Wiesbaden main station and because the rates were not stratospheric. Two of us shared a triple room (for two nights) which was acceptably spacious and adequately comfortable if relatively sparsely furnished. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom (shower only) was good and water was hot at all times. The absence of aircon meant the balcony door was often open and traffic noise was very evident, but during the night with the door closed, noise was not an irritant. A good and well-presented continental breakfast was served and represented good value at EUR7.00. Location for access to the town centre is also reasonable if you regard a 10-15 minute walk as normal. In truth, this hotel is really a B&B as it has no communal facilities but if you treat it as such, it serves its purpose well. Reception attitude was pleasingly friendly but ensure you advise of an arrival time as the desk is not always occupied. Once checked-in, a front door key is issued to allow free movement at all times. Simple, pleasant enough and good value but unpretentious.
