Awesome time!
Our trip was amazing from the time we landed until the time we left. The food and drinks were amazing! Staff was super friendly. Our rooms were upgraded upon arrival. The location was perfect! Overall great trip, we will be back!
The Grande experience
We enjoyed your resort and will be back. The staff are so friendly and inviting. It seemed as though we knew them. We had the time of our life. I'm sorry that it had to end. The amenities and service exceeded our wildest imagination.
Great Place to go
Travel Date: May 29 to June 3, 2021 The Dreams property is well maintained and staffed despite living in the COVID era. PREFERRED CLUB: The only disappointing aspect of the property is not having a true sense of Preferred. They only provided for preferred is upgraded alcohol in the preferred area , snacks and room having a view of the ocean/pool. STAFF: Now let me talk about the staff. 100% the best. Here are my shout out: Oscar Jose Tiffany Daniel Hillary Randolph Emilio Sinjay Carolina(Oceana) Daniel(Oceana) The Ground staff was great too they constantly were on top of the outdoor property maintenance. ROOM: Our room(433) which I did not take a picture of had two beds with bathroom that had a Tub. The Bathroom needs improvement. FOOD: The AM Buffet had a good selection an had staff on hand to place food on your plate and provide you beverages at your table. Room service tested by my daughter was good it take about 50 minutes. The restaurants had 2 open each night and they truly accommodated you. TIPS: Bring bunch of $1, 5, & $10 to tip the staff . They deserve these tips for the great service they provide you. Make sure you provide some compensation to the ones they go over and beyond the what they are asked to do. Lot of their staff work long hard hours and be great as a guest of this great all inclusive resort to show your love with a bit of tip. OVERALL: Overall this is a great property and they have wonderful staff who are very accommodating and super nice.
Nice resort
Nice place. The staff is very friendly, and do their best, but they need to hire more staff! The wait at the bar to get drinks and at restaurants is too long! The hotel needs more bartenders and servers!! The beach and pool are both nice.No problems getiing chairs at either one. Snorkeling is good right at the resort beach! Might want water shoes or socks, all the beaches we visited were pretty rocky, the water shoes really helped! The view from our room was amazing, room 301!! The room was nice, very clean, plenty of space, the AC didn't work the best but it was ok.
A Great Place to Relax and Unwind
Mom and I went here at the end of the pandemic May 26 to June 2 2021 to get away and spend some quality time together. She is terminally ill so I wanted to focus on time with her and not work. She had a great time and we loved the place. It was amazingly beautiful, the view was to die for and the resort was spacious enough but not so large that we had to walk very far. And the other guests were all very nice. Only one rowdy group came in towards the end of our trip. The amenities are nice and there is a dive shop onsite that does amazing tours and an excellent price. Only two items to improve - fix the curtain rods in the room and have the top shelf liquor at the bar. If I am paying for preferred service I want what I want when I want it and not 20 minutes later. I always felt bad that they had to walk to go get a drink. And they would try and give you the cheap liquor if you didn't know any better.
