Back for the 4th time. Still excellent. Great rooms and fantastic location right downtown Williams. Laundromat right next door. Nice continental breakfast and friendly staff. Will come back again. Only thing would be if you dont like the sound of an occasional train rumbling by across the road. I find it quite charming
Quite the Little Gem

We were so pleasantly surprised by this little gem. The rooms have been updated and are CLEAN with incredibly comfortable beds & pillows. Never ever heard the trains nearby. Plenty of outlets for plugging in gadgets and the Wifi is FREE! The in-room fridge is a large dorm size and was able to accommodate our 2 liter beverages plus more. The coffee maker is a little pot (not those dreadful single uses), so we had plenty of coffee in the morning. The AC worked great. The bathroom is spacious with hot water and fresh towels. Loved the little "make up" towel. What a great idea! The breakfast was yummy with the choices of waffles, sausage, eggs, breads, cereal, more hot coffee, tea, fruit, etc. And there was always a place to sit. The staff were so friendly and kind. The hotel is centrally located to so much (dining, entertainment, the Grand Canyon RR museum, etc) that we never had to worry about driving and finding parking places. Only two things that could change if possible would be: the closet was a rack with some hangers above the fridge (so nothing too long) and when flushing the toilet, we had to hold down the handle until everything "went away". (We did notify the front desk on this, so hopefully that has been adjusted). Overall, would stay there again.
Make Sure you Book this Rodeway INN in Williams NOT the other ONE!!

After refusing to stay at the other Rodeway Inn in Williams we came over to this one - the "Downtowner" Rodeway and were very happy with our stay! Nice spacious rooms with a suite - where you could close the door from the sleeping area at night. While our daughter slept - we stayed up to watch the news. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious bathroom. It is also very well located as you can walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. Breakfast was good, service and reception excellent. There is even a little gift shop that had some nice items for sale. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this motel for 6 nights. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best, we rated this place as follows. Bed, pillows, and shower each rate a 9. Linens were plentiful, clean, and towels were fluffy-10 Cleanliness-7 Pros: Great Wi-Fi, fantastic A/C, good coffee, front desk staff, size of room 116, great breakfast, plenty of parking, convenient location. Cons: water pressure, dusty furniture, filthy carpet, no room service (6 nights, and as far as we know it was not cleaned or vacuumed, nor were our bed linens changed, or beds even made)
Could've been better

The check-in was fast and friendly! It's a weird place to drive in and out of though because the street is one-way on the north and one-way on the south. You have to enter from one street and exit the opposite. It's just odd. There were a lot of little things that just added up to a not-so-great experience here though. When we checked in to our room we found that the sheets hadn't been changed, there was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, there were some coins laying on the floor (meaning the room hadn't been vacuumed), and one of the tv remotes was missing. We took our issues to the front desk and were promptly given another room. We had booked a queen suite but were moved to a king jacuzzi room and not charged for the difference. Pros: Friendly and accommodating front desk clerk Nicely priced Close to food and shopping Easy to locate Cons: Dirty room ( and other things mentioned above) Wi-fi was difficult and spotty at best. I was booted off A LOT Hard to navigate entrance and exit due to street directions
