The hotel is very convenient to all there is to do in Williamsburg. Shopping and numerous restaurants nearby. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The front door stall was attentive. The suite seem to be rennovated recently.

The hotel has a check-in of 3:00 P.M.; however, we were able to check in at Noon upon our arrival in Williamsburg. The desk staff were extremely friendly and personable as were all the staff with whom we came into contact. The lobby area was decorated for the holiday season with 24 hour coffee, tea and cocoa available. Our suite was immaculate with comfortable furniture and 2 large screen televisions offering a multitude of viewing options. The bathroom offered more than enough towels. Best of all was the comfortable beds with freshly cleaned sheets and comforters. as well as nice pillows. We had a wonderful time visiting and entertaining family. We are extremely pleased with our choice of this hotel and will certainly return on our next overnight visit to the Williamsburg area. As such, we highly recommend this Hampton Inn and Suites.

This place was very clean and the staffs are friendly, The room was clean, it smell like fresh linen and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and a lot of options. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Horrible experience. Diamond member and stuck next to the elevator and the ice machine. Our view was of the roof top. No upgrade offered at this dump. Rooms are outdated. Air conditioning didn’t work. Awake all night. They finally replaced the air conditioner the second night. But a little too late. We checked out a night early and will be staying at a Marriott property. Do your research when looking to book. Don’t assume that this property takes your status seriously. Very disappointed in this hotel.

The hotel is a bit dark & dated, but it was pretty clean. The shower was very nice, though. The bathroom may have been updated. The breakfast is your standard Hampton Inn breakfast. This hotel is on one of the main roads, so there are lots of restaurants & gift shops, etc. nearby. We had a nice stay.
