We have been staying here for over 10yrs best hotel in Williamsville however when they did the renovations the mattresses I do not think were replaced. (We specifically stay here for work and the beds). The beds were not made properly, the sleep was non existent between the hard mattresses and a exhaust fan sound that continued nonstop the whole time we were there. I’m not sure if it’s new management but the pool looked closed, the rooms are not clean like they used to be. We got up extremely early to leave we love the free breakfast but after the night we had we wanted to leave ASAP. As I stated before probably the best hotel in Williamsville just sad that it has went downhill since they renovated it. We had a 2 Queen suite and it came to over $200 and that was cheap for that room.

Attended a Bills game on Sunday and stayed two nights at this hotel. Very nice accommodations and clean and pet friendly! Staff was great. Only complaint is the price gouging for special events in town. Hotel prices should be the same no matter what’s going on in town. In spite of the cash grab I would recommend for a weeknight stay but not for Bills weekends!

We have been coming to the hotel for many years and find the accommodations very hospitable ( especially with room makeovers) and always clean. Friendly staff is an extra bonus. Close to restaurants, shopping and local activities. Our go- to hotel for the area

Loved every aspect of our stay here. The hotel and our rooms were exceptionally clean, the complimentary breakfast is great, all of the staff was friendly and helpful. It is located in a great spot with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a rite aid that it shared the parking lot with.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night for a college visit. Front desk staff were great - in their Bills gear. The room was clean - it even smelled fresh. I liked the hard floor instead of carpet in most of the room. There was a charger you can set your phone on next to the bed. Super convenient. Oatmeal for breakfast was great.
