Easy and friendly check in was treated to an upgrade room which is much appreciated being a diamond member. Room was clean and comfortable. Small pool and workout room opens early. Typical Hampton breakfast. In the evening there is beer and snacks. Stuff that ruffles your feathers: you get exactly two bottles of water or your choice of a snack at check-in no more water after that that's kind of crazy. Your room does not get cleaned unless you specifically ask I don't think cleaning rooms everyday will ever come back to hotels.

A great manager makes the difference

Our group of 8 stayed at the Hampton Inn in Williston ND for a week while we conducted training in the area. Judi the Hotel manager was always there to greet us and made us all feel at home. Her and her staff ensured we were always taken care of. I highly recommend this establishment if your are staying in the Williston area.

While looking to stay overnight before a next-day doctor's appointment, we were pleasantly assisted by Judy and ultimately accommodated with two suites on the 1st floor - one with a handicap-accessible bathroom. Both rooms were very clean and spacious which allowed us to enjoy our night's stay! Extra credit to Judy for her cheerful, caring, patient help with out reservations and stay!

NO HOT WATER ON TOP FLOOR!

I was working night shift, stayed 15 days. Did not have hot water on any of those 15 days. When contacted front desk, they said they were aware of it.Iam even a Diamond member, but Who knows how long its been like that. Doesnt take 2 weeks to fix that problem being a big chain-hotel. Wont stay there again

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Williston, North Dakota with our family of 10 on June 23rd, 2021. One of the things our younger kids wanted to do was use the indoor pool. After dinner when we went to use the pool, through an unusual circumstance, the electronic locks on the doors to get in the pool had frozen, and we couldn't get in. We went to speak with the manager on duty, and that person called Judi, the general manager, who was off duty. Judi came back to the hotel and spent some time trying to help us get into the pool. She finally succeeded using the outside entrance to the pool and some electronic device to access the lock, and our kids were happy to be able to swim (when it looked like it wasn't going to happen), which would have been a big disappointment. Way to go Judi! She certainly went above and beyond to come and help us when she was off duty. We were really impressed with her dedication to the guests.
