Do not stay here. Beyond filth. Mold on shower walls. Bath tub on floor was dirty. Carpet throughout need cleaning. Smelled very musty. Was not sure I wanted to lay in bed. Traveling thru for quick trip to Minnesota and only place we could find with rooms. Now we know why.

The hotel looks perfectly fine (like any other AmericInn) Checked in - room smelled like someone had wet the bed so we requested a new room - they said they were full. We - explained that the room was not acceptable so we would not accept it and would not stay. Front desk person assured us we would not be charged. They charged us anyway and after escalating the issue to the manager and corporate (and our credit card company) we have been forced to pay for the room. Lesson learned ... we should not have left without getting a zero balance receipt from the front desk.

The price was reasonable, the pool and hot tub were very nice, and the breakfast was great! It was quiet, so it was great to get a good night's rest. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great service, the man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! Clean rooms and great breakfast options. Would recommend to others. I read the other reviews posted and disagree with them about the man at the front desk, he was polite, professional and helpful.

The rooms are very small. It is strictly a place to sleep. The pool was decent, and the breakfast offerings were actually impressive. However, I spoke to the night staff on our first night to ask for an extra sheet, and I was grilled with questions. After I said that no sheets were missing, I simply needed an extra one, they said they have no extras and I cannot have one. Seriously?!? What if I said that there was a spill and we needed dry sheets? Still none??? I cannot believe they have no extra sheets. Needless to say I will never be staying there again.
