Friendly service. No extra amenities.
Our first time here. Very friendly and professional check in staff. Our rooms were quiet and well appointed. No shampoo container/dispenser (it was missing) to go with the conditioner and body wash. No lobby coffee or food.
Hair on the sheets
Checked into the Courtyard in Wilmington and I pulled down the covers and sheets to two big discolored stains with matted hair in one of the spots. GROSS! Marriott is getting very marginal lately. I will never stay there again. They did Change our room but no apologies. GROSS!!
Poor customer service, nice hotel
This evening's receptionist is very unfriendly & unaccomodating. She conveniently didn't have anything we needed & a bad attitude to boot from the time we entered to the time she finished check-in. Rare to encounter this at a Marriott. Love the hotel itself but customer service counts for a lot. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.
Nice Stay for Quick Getaway
The hotel is very nice and so is the staff. We were able to check in early, so we would have enough time to enjoy the beach. The hotel is also convenient to various restaurants and stores. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel
Should not have Marriott name attached!
Car was broken into in parking lot, cockroaches all over, dirty pool, horrible inconsiderate staff, worst Marriott experience of our life and we are long time Marriott gold club members. Do not stay here!
