I stayed in this hotel the third week of September and Tracy was more than accommodating in every aspect of my first trip there even with a later check out for my afternoon flight the next day, two weeks later my wife and I arrived back for a two night stay prior to closing on our new home in Wilmington. Tracy went above and beyond in every aspect to make sure our stay in our room was very comfortable she was there for every request we may have had an exceeded the level of customer service for her wonderful gratitude we had no problems with our room it was very clean and we did enjoy your stay. I personally want to extend a great deal of gratitude to the general manager Tracy for all she did.

Rooms smelled bad. Children had bugs crawl on them while laying in the bed. Had a reservation for 9 nights. We stayed one night and checked out after lunch the next day once we found somewhere else to stay. We paid $1800 for the 9 day reservation. When checking out was told I would have to pay for the extra night since I was checking out after noon. Agreed to it and later charged additional $300 on credit card. I paid $2200 for two nights for two rooms. Thats $500 per room. Was told since I checked out early it was re-rated to the weekend rate. What a ripoff. How does this hotel chain believe there rooms are worth $500 per night. And there is no where you can see the re-rate charge, pretty convenient for them. Stay away from this place. It stinks, has bugs and they rip customers off.

Not worth it for the price

My wife and I booked a stay at this hotel for 13 nights but only actually stayed for a total of 3 nights. The very first night, my wife found a small roach crawling on the fridge. I took care of it and we decided to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt. Then, a couple nights later, my wife found a larger roach on the alarm clock that was sitting on a night stand next to the bed. I took a picture of the roach, informed the desk clerk and showed her a picture. The clerk offered to give us a different room on a different floor and I accepted. However, at 1:15 a.m. I saw an even larger roach crawling on the floor in front of the bed in the new room. At this point, my wife I were beyond frustrated and disappointed. There was no way we could continue our stay at this facility. We decided to leave this roach infested place in the middle of the night. Luckily, a nearby hotel still had availability and we ended up being much more comfortable without being accompanied by roaches. This Extended Stay is way too expensive for the quality that it offers. Why should anyone have to pay hundreds of dollars to camp out with roaches? We found three different sized roaches on three different occasions in two different rooms. This is completely unacceptable for the rates that this hotel is charging. Use your money on a place that actually has a well kept facility. Our experience was horrible and inconvenient to say the least. I have attached photos of our uninvited guests.

Worst Hotel, Even Worse Customer Service

Manger is racist! She talks to guest and workers with no respect. I heard her talking about someone’s personal business which should NEVER happen. The lady who works overnight should be fired. She act like she doesn’t want to be there and you can tell by her face. She was very rude and mad at me because my key stopped working like it was my fault. Corporate needs to address this immediately, if not you’re going to continue to lose business.

Ehhh it was decent

I mean it was decent but when I first checked the bathroom smelled like piss and cigarettes, I made a complaint downstairs and moved me to another room for the troubles, it was new staff but they was so sweet and courteous of the issue and handled it right away. But a lot of workers and construction personnel be smoking in the hallways and it’s not cigarettes either I’ll give them 3 for the staff workers but the janitors gotta do a better job
