We had cockroaches in our 1st room! I caught one and brought it to the front desk, and the personnel's response was deplorable! We moved to another room on the opposite side of the hotel. When I checked out the manager's response was "Well, the pandemic..." Then she said, "Well sir, all of the hotels have them now". I was in shock!
Solid roadside hotel

Good choice. Roadside hotel. Comfortable bedding, relatively quiet (no street or room to room noise). Hotel appeared clean. Convenient for single night. Too short shower curtain (incorrectly installed) floods bathroom (annoying, easy fix, housekeeping said this is a common complaint). Staff efficient, easy parking. No walking to food choices (across busy highway). To go breakfast in morning with hot coffee, nothing special but this may be the new trend. Overall, would return.
Clean pleasant hotel!

Very nice hotel. Professional, courteous staff. Limited breakfast options, probably due to covid restrictions. On the north side of town. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. But easy to drive to restaurants.
In a pinch, maybe

The room felt damp and stuffy. Wall in shower had a crack about 3 feet long and vanity was cracked. Shower didn't work, staff rigged it so it would work temporarily. Overall place has some condition issues. Masking by staff and guests despite signs saying required was inconsistent, maybe 20% of staff were masked and fewer guests
Very friendly and helpful staff

My husband is riding his bike to Florida along the East Coast. We thought we were going to be here one night, but stayed two because it rained. Phyllis at the front desk was always cheerful and pleasant. I wanted to wash some clothes while we were there, and she told me laundry detergent was available. Yay! There was coffee and some limited food items for breakfast. We had some bagels with us, and Dominique, who worked in the dining area in the morning, cheerfully got out a toaster for us. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the parking lot was well-lit and in good repair. Would definitely stay here again!
