This place serves it’s purpose but it could use a lot of TLC. The front desk staff was excellent at check in and check out. The bed was super comfortable. The room was very spacious but it had limited decor. There are a lot of empty walls that looked out of place. Cleanliness could definitely use a lot of work. My fiancé used the pool last night, he said so much grime and dirt had built up, people had wrote their names in it. Our room had a 2 person hot tub which he found a personal hair from a previous guest in a jet. This morning when I took a shower I was disgusted by the bottom of the tub. It definitely needs a good scrub. We also found another guest’s key card that had been left behind. This is not something I looked for last night and didn’t feel right complaining about after I spent the night. Over all it was comfortable and affordable. It just needs some work. I know a lot of people are short staffed right now and it’s hard on the employees that are working. I also understand in general housekeeping has a limited amount of time to clean rooms, but they should probably consider giving them some extra time to do a better job of cleaning.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. They were having computer problems but still managed it all very well and didn't seemed stressed towards us the customer. Easy check in and check out. Did have pre-packaged biscuits for breakfast
Clean, quiet place to spend a night!

Hotel was fine, nothing fancy, but clean and the beds were comfy. It was quiet too, not too much noise from highway near by. The breakfast was disappointing. Had stayed at many Choice hotels, pre Covid and was always happy with breakfast options. Thought there would still be waffles, since you make your own. I get not having a buffet option, but the choices were very limited. The girl that worked the breakfast area was very helpful and cheerful though. Towels in the room could be better, stiff and flimsy. Basic room was still over 100/night, so as I said "average" sums it up.

Clean rooms. Stayed 4 nights. As far as breakfast goes, don't expect anything other than bagels and muffins and you have to ask for that. Close to a good choice of resturants, also close to shopping if that's what you like. I miss the days of a full breakfast.
Okay but probably wouldn't come back.

The hotel was in a convenient location but not any better than many other hotel nearby. We came down for the " Route 11 Yard Crawl" which was also a big disappointment. Most of the hotels in the area seem to jack their rates up because of this event so we ended up paying $275.00 for 2 days in an "ok at best" hotel. Breakfast was included but was average fare at best. I want my meal to be at least equal to what I could have at home and this was really not. Hot or cold cereal, yogurt, microwave breakfast sandwiches and packaged pastries along with the usual hot and cold beverage options. I mean it filled you up but wasn't very nutritious or appetizing. No fresh fruit at all. The staff was friendly and polite. The bed was clean and comfortable but the room had a terrible moldy smell that gave me a terrible migraine I couldn't get rid of for the larger part of our stay. The luggage carts all had flat tires and when we told the staff they only said, "Yes, we know." Well if you know, wouldn't you FIX it? Seems like a no-brainer to me. This hotel was not terrible but I definitely would not choose to stay here again.
