the person at the reception was very rude. She saw that we had lots of luggage and a baby (under 2 years old) she booked us into a room on the 2nd floor in the establishment which has no elevators. she later on said i could get the room upgraded for extra dollars and then that rom would be on the main level. This has resulted in a very bad experience and i will never go back to this hotel or use booking .com
Poor and not an ideal place to stay at

Your hotel offered the poorest services of any hotels or guest houses I have been at around the world... You ask for a deposit fee of $200, yet that is not even mentioned a little when you advertise your rooms. When we come there, no even any willingness to cooperate and we had to go borrow money to give $200 deposit. Did you know what a journey we made to get there? You advertise for breakfast, only for us to be given a 100ml box tasteless and expired juice, yet we paid to get breakfast? Nothing not even water or a simple soap or lotion could be offered???
Unclean toilets and showers and we had to go buy disinfectant to clean your own toilets?
No value for people! No value for money! No value for this industry where you have invested in. I'd do all I can to let everyone know that no one in my family or circle should ever aim to stay at places like this.

The desk clerk upon check-in was fantastic. I had somehow made a reservation for later in the month, and she not only got me a booking, she did it at the price I had paid on Expedia. Thank you, and I am sorry your name escapes me.
The hotel was okay. The part of the hotel I was in was kind of dark. The hallway smelled quite musty. The room was nice enough. The bathroom was a mess (not cleanliess-wise, but maintenance-wise). The towel rack above the toilet had clearly been pulled out of the wall, and whoever attempted to reattach it did apoor job, and the shelf was still hanging off the wall, even though the wall had been patched and painted. The bathroom was so small that there was a notch cut out of the edge of the door so it could close. The safety rail in the shower was improperly installed, and one of the metal pieces meant to cover up the screws wasn't properly attached and so the piece could move along the rail.
There was a huge intentation, bordering on a hole, in the matress.
Security was also kind of sketchy. I was in a section of the hotel that was past the secondary entrance, and I was disturbed to see that the secondary entrance was open, 24/7.
Good for the price

For as cheap as the rooms are, it is exactly what is to be expected. The room was clean, although if you looked under or behind things it could have been cleaner. The toilet didn't work in our room but the front desk lady was super nice and friendly and offered to switch our room.

I was in Windsor for a few days to see my nephew who was going to the University of Windsor at the time and to see his play. I had stayed at other hotels in Windsor, but wanted to switch it up and try somewhere different. You have no idea how much I regret that decision.
I was very disappointed with this hotel. I don't even know where to start. Breakfast sucked - no bacon, no sausage, no eggs, no yogurt. Good thing there was a Tim Hortons literally right next door.
I noticed that this hotel was not sustainable and doesn't care one bit about the environment. There was no signs of recycling anywhere.
My room was on the first floor, by reception and the front doors, but thankfully it was quiet.
I selected this hotel because they had rooms with soaker tubs, or so I thought, based on the photos on their website. Imagine my disappointment when I saw it was just a regular tub, not very deep, with jets on the side. Not what I was expecting. And I paid a higher rate for this room too!
I'll never stay at this hotel again.
