With a ball team staying in this hotel. I would give it 4.5 stars for the staff, who were very friendly and accommodating. Had a late game and restaurant closed at 10 pm. We pre-ordered and they had it ready for us and warm for when we got back (after 10 pm). Staff was great. Zero stars for Hotel itself - in dire need of repair and upgrades. Broken windows, slow wifi. Fridges that froze everything solid even when set to minimum. Musty smell. Leaking taps. Room cards always not working. One window boarded up with plywood. They moved us to 2 different rooms with no broken windows. Advice - Look for another hotel. There were also some sketchy people walking in off the street one afternoon while we sat in lobby. Ready to cause some trouble. I will not stay here again.

We recently had our son's wedding at Best Western Plus. It was extremely hot that day and the air conditioning in the hotel was practically non existent. The air conditioning in the rooms worked but filters were Grey with dust. In our room our window was sealed with tape My son and daughter in law were give a free room with their wedding package. They had to wait until the start of their reception to check in because the room was cleaned and when they did finally check there was clothes left in it. They went to use the jacuzzi and it didn't work. They called matainence to fix it. He got it working but the water was only warm. When they turned the Jets on the water went brown from the filthy Jets. At their reception the vegetables weren't the same as at their tasting. They almost lost the blown glass cake top and made a mess of cutting the cake. When we went to them they denied everything and offered them no compensation except another free night and $75 food voucher in that hotel. I called the hotel manager I have had no response. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because once they have their money they don't care

STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE HOTEL!

It was the worst stay at any hotel I have every experienced. In fact, we checked out after 2 nights because I just couldn't take it anymore. Where to start... The hotel has been turned into an Ukranian Hotel and is running wild with kids with no supervision. My husband was knocked over by a young child (with no parent around) punching him, the kids were riding the elevators (with no supervision), the kids were playing soccer in the hallways, their was a dog that barked all day and night long in the room across the hall from us, the kids pulled the fire alarm and there was NO staff anywhere to been seen directing us where to go, what to do or even tell us when we could go back. I got no sleep for 2 nights and when I went to talk to the front desk - they were no where to been seen and when I finally talked to someone they said oh, sorry and walked away... WTF? I was a paying guest and should have been informed of the Ukrainian situation prior to arrival. We felt afraid to leave our hotel room as the wild children were everywhere and due to them riding the elevators all the time, it took 20 mins or so to even get an elevator. It was INSANE! Oh and just to add to it all, our TV only worked on a few channels and when they sent maintenance to fix it... All Maintenance did was say, "Sorry, that's just they way it is". Because the channels were so few, we spent $25 to rent a movie but the sound was so low we could hardly hear it... Again, mention it to the front desk and they just said sorry. After 2 nights of this insanity, I checked out and went to a different hotel to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Oh, and did I mention the children were swimming in the front fountain? and when you walked by you got soaking wet? Oh yes, good times! NOT! I was horrified and will NEVER stay at another Best Western again - I own an aviation company and the Best Western used to be my go to hotel but after this experience I am going to become a member of a different hotel chain.... Oh, also forgot to mention that as a Platinum member I usually get recognized and thanked for my business but not here... What happened to the Best Western? So disappointing! and have to say I am mad!

Very nice hotel and very clean and comfortable good food in restaurants, only thing is no convenient shopping and no gift shops and in room guides for nearby shops and restaurants in area but maybe stay here again when and if I visit Canada again

I have been coming to this property for years. It is so lovely and quality is always good. I miss the breakfast buffet and i legit wish I got the contact info of the shuttle driver. He was so friendly and I wish you all the best with your education! Even security was friendly and helpful. Love this place. Ty for helping a disabled indigenous person feel safe.
