Horrific conditions at this hotel! Room and hallway both stank of mold and mildew. Room was very unclean. There was mud left from someone’s shoe on the table and there was something that looked like vomit on the bed ruffle. There were dead bugs and dirt in the drawers. Front desk staff was extremely unwelcoming.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever with a hotel. First, we were not given the adjoining rooms we were promised. At check in, the lady at the desk seemed annoyed to have to put her cell phone down and do her job. The facility has signs everywhere that claim it’s “smoke free.” Nothing could be further from the truth. The halls and rooms reeked of cigarette smoke— to the extent that my wife’s asthma was triggered and I got a headache. One of the rooms had apparent blood stains on the sheets, along with other unidentifiable stains. The smoke detectors were unhooked, hanging by wires, and not operational. After less than an hour, we determined that we couldn’t make the best of it. We left. The young lady with weak customer service skills told us that she couldn’t process our refund. I suppose we will have to follow up with corporate. Do not waste your time or money. You would be safer and more comfortable sleeping in your car.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this hotel was disgusting. It looks great from the outside. Upon entering it has a thick cigarette smoke smell. We went to our rooms. My in-laws were given a room that had not been cleaned. They got keys for a “clean” room. The smoke detectors had been disconnected. The sheets were blood stained. There was cereal in one of the drawers. The smoke was so bad we returned our room keys and requested a refund. The front desk said that management would have to process it and we would have to call them in the morning. We ended up driving an hour down the road to find acceptable lodging. Even after we have all showered my lungs are still burning from the smoke exposure.

Whole room dirty and broken. This place should be closed. Twin beds for the price of doubles made sleeping very uncomfortable. Fridge, curtains, carpet, counters were very dirty. AC blew out dead bugs and dirt when turned on. Will never stay here again.

This was the WORST stay at ANY hotel I've ever had. The system crashed while everyone was trying to check in, preventing key cards from being made. This increased check in time to 3+ HOURS. We left and came back hoping it would be fixed, nope. Then after it was fixed we were told the room we had reserved and PAID FOR online, was not available. They "upgraded" us to a king suite with a pull out sofa. We finally get to the room and the elevator, hallway, and room are FILLED with smoke. In a NON SMOKING FACILITY. We checked the room and found a half eaten snickers bar in the minifridge, food pieces in the fridge, and no screen in the window to air out the room. Then we pull out the sofa and there are URINE stains and red "dots" all over the sheets which are rumpled up. I went back down to request a different room. EVERYONE waiting for rooms would have preferred to stay somewhere else but there were no rooms in the city. When I requested a new room and why, I was told not everyone in the lobby "needed to know my business" and "if you don't like that room I can just give you a refund". HORRIBLE! The guy behind me while checking in did come back down and get a refund and said he would just keep driving a few more hours. At this point it was 10:30pm and we had arrived at 7pm. Then they put me in a double room (which I had originally reserved that was now magically available). On my way to transfer rooms I passed the cleaning crew. WHO WERE CLEANING WITH CIGS HANGING OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS!. We had no choice to sleep in a room with no smoke detector as it had been disconnected, no screen in the window to air out the room, broken TV and lights, and stained sheets that at least APPEAREED to have been washed. I stay at Wyndam properties all the time but will NEVER do so again. On top of that, every hotel in the area is serving full breakfast and this one has nothing? And you still charged full price? I went down the next morning and requested my refund and was shocked that no one had told the new lady what had happened the night before. When I said I wanted a refund and why, she replied with "but you stayed" OF COURSE I STAYED there was no where else to go but sleep in my car! Others demanded refunds too. I don't expect mints on my pillow but a clean, smoke free room, that I originally requested, and an owner or manager to help when there is a major system problem, is not asking a lot. I travel a lot and unless the next stay burns down with me in it, it will be better
