Would not recommend.
There is a difference between outdated and dirty. This place was disgusting. There’s no way they ever wiped a single surface down. Toe nails on the carpet, mildew/mold in the bathroom, dirty toilet, and cobwebs everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend.
Great place
Polite and Friendly staff! Clean room. Great price. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a handicap room which was big enough for my husband to navigate. Places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
How many "days inn" was the poop in the toilet?
I can't even begin to stress enough when other people say do NOT stay at this hotel. The photos say it all. The only reason and ONLY reason we stayed was because it was 3:30am and needed a place to stay for driving nearly 12 hours and couldn't take it anymore and it was cheap. Now we know why. We left at exactly 4:44am and the first 20 mins of staying was us unloading the car as we had a 6 year old passed out in the backseat. As we got into our first room (yes first room) my aunt had gone into the bathroom to put on her pajamas and within seconds called me over to look at the bathroom. Needless to say that's actually poop in the toilet that had been sitting so long there's rings to show how dirty the toilet is and dead bugs or something in the shower. She immediately called the front desk and the guy working apologized saying "my bad I accidently gave you the wrong room" like... so then he proceeds to give us literally the room next door. Rooms 236 and 237 or 226 and 227 first rooms on the very left of the second floor. As we are walking up to the second floor we see a tiny foldable mattress that looked dirty and literally a blow up mattress in front of the second room we got. So the guys asks us to check the room seemed kinda okay and had the guy leave so we can actually check the room. I literally ripped all the sheets off the beds and found hair and what looked like dried piss on the entire sheets all over the pillow cases and again dried poop on the comforter. I decided to go through all the reviews and noticed that we weren't the only ones who got the same experience and said eff this were leaving. I go down stairs to talk to the guy working and I ended up having to ring the bell not once but 3 times and the third time I smacked it hard and then heard some rumbling in the "office" that sounded like him putting either his pants back on or shirt and his flip flops. Not professional at all. So then I was honest with him and said were leaving this place is the nastiest thing I've ever been to as I literally didn't sit down or get any sleep. They guy started arguing with me and telling me that we had been there for 2 hours and that I wouldn't get my money back. I said I just got off the phone with corporate and complained about you and this nasty hotel and I have pictures to confirm and the little cameras you have will also prove we've been here less than an hour. He wanted me to show him the room so we showed him the second room also nasty and he gave me my money back. I am still disgusted by this hotel and the photos for this place are NOT what it looks like in person. And if you read this entire review and still decide to stay good luck. And if you are corporate reading this you all need to watch the cameras in the back office and see what they are really doing back there. Doesn't even derseve 1 star as they need a negative option.
Poor customer service
Housekeeping is atrocious. I had surgery which I thought would afford me a little more care if not empathy but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I understand this isn't a five-star hotel, but I least expected clean towels and toilet tissue and more than a broken waffle maker, cereal, and expired yogurt for the "continental breakfast" advertised.whenever I requested basic necessities such as clean sheets, I was met with pushback. Housekeeping also spilled coffee in the hotel room making a substantial wet spot that took hours to dry, didn't even bother cleaning it up. In the time I managed to get up and walk around, I stumbled upon the gym, which is a joke. Only a treadmill and stationary bike from the dark ages.
Check your room
Check your room over very well before you stay...my room was not clean and it was gross. My room had trash on the floor, the bathroom smelled like it wasnt cleaned, and we found (I'm assuming) pot in the bible...with children in the room. The kids saw the bible and opened it up and found it.
