Clean And Friendly
Stayed one night for a family visit. The staff is friendly. The common areas are nicely decorated and welcoming. The room is decent size and very clean. Could use a bit of updating but was comfortable. Will definitely stay again. For the price you really can’t beat it.
Do not stay here
The rooms were dirty and smelled horrible. Linens were stained and dirty. There was a co2 leak and we had to wait for hours in the lobby at 3am. They didn’t even try to make it right. There were ants all over in the bathroom and the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We’ve stayed here many times before and never had a problem. However, after this terrible experience we will never stay here again. It was disgusting.
Great rates
This location is very nice and the rate for a night was very reasonable. The room was spacious and clean. Was disappointed that there was no creamer to go with the free coffee in the lobby. However, that is the only thing that was missing and enjoyed my stay overall.
COVID REVIEW
Guests and food service hotel employees not wearing masks. Quality of food at breakfast was not well prepared and very small amounts were available at any one time. Condition of microwave - was rusty inside. Tub drain did not keep up with water flow. Stool had constant running water.
WTF?? DON'T take cash??
Went through checkin while pulling out cash…. The clerk gives amount and I hand over cash… She then says "We don't accept cash"…. That tells me there's an employee problem relating to cash payments "disappearing". If management doesn't trust them with cash, I sure as hell won't trust them with my card, because I don't have time to WASTE resolving problems management won't either.
