We arrived about 3:10 p.m. after being on the road for nine hours. We were surprised and disappointed that no room was available since check-in was stated to begin at 3 p.m. We were told it would be a 35 minute wait. We didn't get into our room until 3:58 p.m. and then only because we hovered in the hallway for a short time until the room was ready. The front desk was also below standards. No one was there when we arrived and there was no bell to ring. Another guest who checked in after us had the same issue. The person who checked us in didn't tell us about one of the discounts at a nearby restaurant; we overheard some other desk clerk tell a subsequent guest so we inquired. There was also a young, unhappy child behind the desk with Brittany. She tried to keep the child quiet but was not successful. Hearing a whiny child after a day of travel and not having a room ready has led to the POOR VALUE conclusion. I expect more when paying the room rate we were charged. On the other hand, the room was clean and comfortable and there were convenient restaurants nearby.
Attacked by Pitt Bull inside motel

My Labrador Retriever and I were attacked by a Pitt Bull as we came out of the elevator inside the motel. The Pitt Bull was with one of the residents in the motel. A police report was taken. I sent Choice Privileges a detailed letter and got NO response. Unbelievable! I've been staying at this motel on and off for over 10 years, and they didn't even have the respect to contact me to explain why they had a vicious Pitt Bull staying in their motel or an apology. I'm done with Choice Privileges. I should contact an attorney, maybe that would wake them up.

The staff is awesome. Hospitality management could take a few lessons from their no nonsense but friendly care. Clean hotel, great bed. Breakfast was super for folks who enjoy waffles and powdered scrambled eggs. Not much to choose from for more health conscience folk. The coffee was very good. Best I have in a hotel in a long time. We will stay again if in the area.

On our recent road trip we had the pleasure of spending one night at the Comfort Inn in Evansville (Casper) and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property is very well maintained inside and out and is in a great location, with an Outback and Texas Roadhouse next door as well as many other options close by. It is also close to town. Our room had a king bed, sofa and coffee table, desk, table & chairs, as well as a wet bar with a sink, microwave and refrigerator. The room was large, beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Even during these COVID times it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Everything was completely clean with all precautions being taken. This hotel is offering a full hot breakfast, which was very much appreciated. Rather than a buffet, the breakfast attendant served it to you. They offered eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, and waffles as well as juice and coffee. The customer service was excellent. Every employee was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn when visiting the Casper area.
