I had 4 days' stay there for business purpose. This hotel is quite far from everywhere....shopping mall, restaurant or supermarket, whatever you can think of. I had a suit room with double rest rooms, the one inside the bedroom got no towel, tooth brush etc at all you had to find everything from the other one, how could that happen....There is sth even worse that is the elevator, the hotel got 22 floor as I know, only got only two elevators, you had to wait for at least 3 minutes for your turn.....anyway this is not a ideal hotel to recommend ....

Comfortable well run hotel

This hotel is very comfortable and well run, with a good buffet breakfast and restaurant that is a good introduction to China for the timid. The air seems to be filtered which was welcome during a smog event. There is very little around the hotel and it is quite distant from the historic centre of Xi'an by public transport. The WiFi was sufficiently fast for work with the usual problems of internet connections in China. The desk staff didn't really speak English but generally tried to help with phone apps if they could.

There are certainly many worse domestic 4-star hotels and this one is not bad, but it lacks charm and charisma. The rooms are modern and comfortable. No obvious problems with dirt. However, the hotel has no discernible facilities - a gym and beauty salon are listed, but both were closed at 9pm when I visited. Smoking is rather common in public areas. Internet speed is OK though I could not connect to a VPN.

This hotel looked like the pictures...which isn't always the case. Clean and fairly hassle free. Some of the staff speak English, which is nice. But they aren't that helpful. Case in point: We wanted to go to see the terra-cotta warriors. They didn't tell us that we could take the 306 bus from the train station. The only offered their tour which was about 675 RMB. On the last day I was told that i needed to pay for breakfast because my deposit was not enough to cover the price. So i did. When I checked out I was given back around 350RMB of my deposit back. Breakfast cost about 50RMB. Ok hotel, no places to go in walking distance. And breakfast won't blow your skirt up. Overall an ok experience.

C’est un hôtel loin de tout. Les employés ne parlent pas anglais. Cependant, tu peux prendre 2 bus pour te rendre au centre ville pour un total de 4 RMB (252 et 215). Sinon, prendre un taxi pour 30 RMB. L’hôtel a essayé de me crosser pour 50RMB pour un taxi. J’ai refusé et je suis partie dans la rue juste en face de l’hôtel et j’ai trouvé un taxi rapidement. Demande le reçu du chauffeur au cas où tu as des problèmes ou tu penses avoir trop payé. Le déjeuner est bon, tu as quand même un choix chinois et pour les étrangers. Cependant, ce n’est pas le meilleur. J’en ai eu des hôtels chinois qui offraient beaucoup plus pour leur buffet déjeuner.
