Just an average hotel
We stayed here for a night on Mid Autumn festival so we were a bit excepting a special festival treat from the hotel but we received nothing not even a fruit platter that we normally get from a hotel in Asia for being a Hilton diamond member. The room was clean and the bed was comfy but the hotel is a bit far off from Xiamen downtown but because of that it gives you a pretty nice harbor view.
Very nice
Spacious room with great view over the water. Roomservice was good as well, breakfast buffet could offer some more and better fruits. Gym in this hotel was nice as well. Room was quiet, well cleaned and the bed was comfy.
Amazing staff
In China for business. The sweetest staff ever. So kind, gentle and helpful. Perfect lounge also. will defenately stay here again if in Xiamen. English is not so good, but trying hard and beeing so sweet. Very nice interior also. Hege
Great Hotel!
One night here whilst visiting a manufacturing facility. Big surprise - this is a great hotel, spacious, well-designed, high quality room and really helpful staff, amazing bathroom facilities, generally a great hotel.
POOR SERVICE AND NO MINIBAR and food menu provided
The reception staff MS" Yuna"(黄鑫）and "Tama" provided us really bad service, they showed impatience and impoliteness, which really has screwed up the experience of our staying in DoubleTree by Hilton XIAMEN-HAICANG. I have written the complaint of the details to the manager and Hilton already. I hope to get reply.
