Not comfortable!
Room was narrow and congested, bedsprings had worn off and room smelled musty. Breakfast was just acceptable and they would not accommodate serving before 8 am although we were in a group and had to leave the hotel early for our tour of the city. One of the rooms of our tour groups had bedbugs and request to switch to another room were denied. The worst part of the experience was that the hotel held on to our passports upon checking in and took an awfully long time releasing it back to us upon checking out. Excuses, upon excuses were given and we were made to sit at the lobby for more than half an hour just to wait for them to release our passports to us!
Good location, reasonable price and professional staff
It is located very close to republic square, sas supermarket , carfour, and KFC . The rooms are soundproofed, clean with comfort bed. Breakfast was acceptable and with good variety . The staff and receptionists were polite , helpful and kind.the price was reasonable and good.
Just OK
Staff were great, especially the receptionist a very nice sweet woman, rooms a bit small, breakfast was good too, room got too hot even with air con as windows not tinted and it's nosiy outside and no sound proofing.

parking was private an for free you only need to mention you need it while booking, location was 10 min walking distance from main tourists attractions of the city. Not too far from amazing restaurant Tavern Yerevan (behind vodka factory). Clean & comfy hotel
Comfort hotel
I resided 3 days in this hotel. It is cost effective. The room was comfortable. But there were some issues. The rooms dont have safty box. Except receptionist, non of the staff know english, even simple words. The rooms dont have any shelves to put your clothes in. The rooms have window toward sun and they get hot in days. Mini bars even dont have water.
